We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your parcel arrives safely. However, in rare cases, damage can occur during transit. If any of the jars in your delivery arrive damaged or are missing due to shipping issues, we’re more than happy to replace them for you.

Photos of the shipping box
A clear image of the shipping label on the parcel
Pictures of the damaged jars
Important: Please hold on to both the parcel and its contents for now. In some cases, the carrier may require them for an internal investigation.
